All Good Today terms
Last updated October 17, 2026
These terms cover the All Good Today app for iPhone and Android, and its demo on the web. All Good Today is made by Solomon Dev Studio LLC, an Iowa company ("we"). By using the app, you agree to these terms and to the All Good Today privacy policy.
What All Good Today is
A person who lives alone taps one button each morning to say they're OK. The family members, friends or caregiver they choose see it, and are alerted on their phones if the check-in is missed or the person presses "I need help". It also keeps medicines, reminders and appointments in one place.
It is not an emergency service
All Good Today is not an emergency service, not a medical alert system and not a medical device. It doesn't call 911 and doesn't watch anyone. In an emergency, call 911.
Alerts depend on things outside our control: phones being on and connected, notifications being allowed, phone battery settings, and the notification services run by Google and Apple. An alert can be late or not arrive. Text messages and phone calls aren't part of the app yet, so people in a circle without the app aren't told. Don't rely on All Good Today as the only way someone is looked after.
The app records what people enter. It doesn't check medicines, doses or health information, and it isn't medical advice. Ask a doctor or pharmacist about medicines.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older to set up a circle or join one as family or a caregiver.
- Set up a circle for someone only with their agreement. The person checking in can see everyone in their circle and remove anyone, and they decide what the family sees.
- Add other people's names and phone numbers only if they've agreed to be part of the circle.
- Caregivers who use the app for work are responsible for their own professional and legal duties to their clients. All Good Today is for non-medical, everyday check-ins; it isn't a medical records system.
Codes and phones
Each phone is linked to a circle with a one-time code. Share a code only with the person it's for. Anyone who has a linked phone can see that circle, so if a phone is lost or given away, remove that person from the circle or use "Start over" on it.
What you put in
What you put into the app stays yours. You let us store it, copy it to the circle's linked phones, and send notifications about it, only so the app can work for your circle. You're responsible for what you add, and it must not be unlawful, hateful, or someone else's private information shared without their agreement.
Using it fairly
Please don't try to get into circles that aren't yours, guess codes, overload or break the service, copy the app, or use it to track or harass anyone. We can unlink phones or close circles that break these terms.
Plans and payments
The check-in, "I need help" and alerts to one contact are free and stay free. The Family plan adds more contacts, medicines with video, more reminders and appointments. Right now the Family plan is free to try, and nothing is charged. Before we start charging for it, we'll show the price in the app, and payment will go through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. You'll never be charged without choosing to pay.
Closing a circle and stopping
You can leave a circle, or the person or a manager can close it, at any time in Settings. Closing a circle stops every reminder and alert and deletes it as described in the privacy policy. We may change or stop the app; if we stop it, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before, so you can make other plans.
No guarantees
The app is offered as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it will always work, that alerts will arrive, or that it will be free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Solomon Dev Studio LLC isn't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for harm that happens because a check-in, reminder or alert was late, missed or not sent, and our total liability for anything to do with the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Polk County, Iowa, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For an important change, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
