All Good Today privacy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy covers the All Good Today app for iPhone and Android, and its demo on the web. All Good Today is made by Solomon Dev Studio LLC, an Iowa company.
The short version
Everything you put into All Good Today stays on your phone. There's no account to make, no ads and no analytics, and the app doesn't send your information to us.
What the app keeps on your phone
- The names and phone numbers of the person you look out for and the family members you add.
- Each day's check-in, and the history of past days.
- Medicines, doses, reminders, and when each medicine was taken.
- The care card: health conditions, allergies, doctors, how to get into the home, and anyone or any pet who depends on the person.
- How the person is feeling, presses of the help button, and what happened after a missed check-in, like a hospital visit.
- Appointments, with the place and who's driving, and notes.
- Photos, notes, videos and voice notes shared in the app.
- A log of who changed what, and when.
Medicines and check-ins are health information. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.
Camera, microphone and photos
- The camera turns on only when you record a short video of taking a medicine. A family member can ask for one, and the person can always tap "Can't record right now" instead.
- The microphone turns on only when you record a voice note.
- Photos are opened only when you choose one.
Reminders, alarms and the widget
Reminders and alarms are set on your phone itself. Turning on notifications doesn't send anything to us. Medicine reminders can show on the lock screen, and the home screen widget shows whether today's check-in is done, so anyone holding the phone can see them. You can hide them in your phone's notification and widget settings.
Phone backups
If your phone's own backup is turned on, like Google backup on Android or iCloud on iPhone, the backup can include the app's information. Those backups are kept by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies, not by us.
Sharing and calling
When you share or print a medicine list or a week report, your phone's own share menu opens and you pick where it goes. Call buttons open your phone app. We don't see any of it.
Linking family phones
Right now each phone keeps its own copy, and phones aren't linked to each other. When we add linking phones and text alerts, some information will have to travel between phones through our servers. Before that happens, we'll update this policy and tell you in the app, and nothing will leave your phone until then.
The web demo
The demo at azure-buffalo-321208.hostingersite.com saves what you type in your own browser. It isn't sent to us. If you use read aloud in the demo, some browsers send the text to their own voice service, like Google's voices in Chrome. Our web host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs for each visit, like your IP address and browser type, for a limited time.
Deleting your information
Uninstalling the app erases everything it saved on that phone, except any copy in your phone's own backup. Closing the circle in Settings stops every reminder and alert. For the web demo, clear the site's data in your browser.
Not an emergency service
All Good Today is not an emergency service and not a medical device. In an emergency, call 911.
Children
All Good Today is not made for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Your requests
Because your information stays on your phone, we don't have a copy of it. If you have a question or a request, email solomon@solomondevstudio.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For an important change, like linking phones, we'll also tell you in the app first.
