Delete your All Good Today data
Last updated October 30, 2026
All Good Today is made by Solomon Dev Studio LLC. It has no passwords. Your information belongs to a circle: the person who checks in and the people looking out for them. Here's how to delete it, with or without the app.
In the app
- The person who checks in: open Settings and tap "Close my circle."
- Someone who manages the circle: open Settings and tap the button that closes their circle, for example "Close Mom's circle."
- A caregiver: open Settings and tap the button that ends care, for example "End care for Mom."
- Everyone else: open Settings and tap "Delete my account." Your name and phone number leave the circle, and your phone is unlinked. The circle itself stays for the others.
Closing a circle stops every reminder and alert for everyone in it.
Without the app
Email solomon@solomondevstudio.com with the subject "Delete my All Good Today data." Tell us the name of the person who checks in and the name you use in the circle. You don't need to install the app again. We'll answer within 30 days, and we may ask a question or two to be sure the circle is yours.
What gets deleted, and when
- Photos, videos and voice notes: within the hour after a circle is closed.
- Everything else in the circle, such as names, phone numbers, medicines, check-ins and notes: within 30 days.
What we keep for a little longer
- A record of each notification sent, including who it went to and its title, for up to 90 days.
- The list of changes each phone sent, for up to 30 days.
- A phone's random app key, for up to 180 days after it stops being linked to any circle.
- Standard server logs, like the IP address and time of a request, for a limited time, to keep the service running and safe.
The full details are in the All Good Today privacy policy.
